Phrases in transition

What look like blobs of paint and abstract forms and patterns with chunks of colour are washes of inks and alcohol, repeated over a process of multiple washes almost until the sheet started ripping out.

The process is transitional in respect to both its physical appearance and the moods of affirmation, despair and hope depicted through these strong primary colours metaphorically representing the strong emotions which lead to the other over a period of time.

As you keep moving closer to the works, the text starts to surface, each of which says, “I have a choice”, “My mind is corrupt”, and “And so they say” repeated all over with little texts in between as if they were distractions or inner voices that come up out of nowhere like those sudden little thoughts in our heads which run parallel to our own affirmations.
