I paint what I see around me. However the heightened sense of colour creates an aura of dissonance in these simple everyday stills. I paint the mundane life around me because that’s what I see the most and yet we give it such less importance. I believe the lockdown has reminded us about the need for a lot of things which weren’t considered as needed before.
